We need to get rid of these 2 as soon as possible. There are 3 more pain in butts coming soon after these 2 and we can't afford to have a target of 200-250 in the last innings. Pakistan need not to score anything above 125.

Yes Pakistan will not want to score anything more than 150 in the last innings. Shoaib's loss is a huge blow

With the deficit almost wiped off and Gibbs, Boucher and Pollock still to bat, SA are very much in this game. Kallis has the ability to play a long innings and Pakistan will need to nail him early tomorrow morning. With Akhtar bowling who knows SA might be 5 or 6 down by now. So his loss is a huge blow to Pakistan and has effectively allowed SA to come back into the game.

I was really surprised to see people maligning Inzi early in the day. It was a masterful display from him and I am proud of our dopey captain :-)
Meanwhile I really hope Shoaib somehow comes back and both his injury and that argument are not of major importance in the long run.

Three full days to go and Pakistan has excellent chance to win even if Shoaib does not play.

Inzy deserves all the credit for playing a wonderful innings under pressure and i feel we should tone down the criticism that he did not protect some tail enders.
No one can be 100% perfect and considering the responsibilities he is shouldering, Inzy is doing a great job.

I didn’t watch or follow (here) Pakistan’s batting today but when I woke up today to see Inzi’s 92 no I was really amazed as to how he managed to score that much while tailenders faced around 75 balls and he faced 142 balls so he still faced the bulk of overs, all of us were expecting a lead of 50 at most, we should be glad that somehow we extended it to 141 … unfortunately we lost one key bowler and some assistance by Akmal + Umpire otherwise we would’ve been in driving seat again…
I think we still have advantage as they are in deficit of 26 runs and already lost 3 wickets. :insha: we can do it

This is what I have always talked about and now the world sees it, over and over again.
Inzamam is the best in the world, period. No batsman in the world can make the best out of in crucial and limited circumstances like Inzamam.
