Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

should atleast get 350 in first innings. though only inzi to follow as recognized bat, but still i am hoping in between younis and akmal, one will score a century.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

Doesn't MoYo needs to score a hundred to break Bradman's record for 6 centuries in as many tests???

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

with Younis’ sublime boundary, pakistan now lead by 1 run :dhimpak:

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

Pakistan cross SA total and are into the lead

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

He has got 5 now so he will equal the record if he gets one here

and mean while Pakistan LEAD by 2 runs

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

Thats right.

Antumul: When you dismiss opposition for 124, you shoud be wishful and this pitch is really good for batting. So with a lead of more than hudred or 150, we can wish for that.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

commentator are still bewildered why such a good pitch produced 14 wickets in a day :D

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

Stands are empty except for the few scantily dressed blondies, where are the cricketing fans?

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

Akmal is riding his luck, after three streaky shots thru the slips he has survived a caught behind appeal. Replays show he had a inside edge, umpire thought otherwise.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

I am not sure if it was out or not but good to see the pain of the commentators.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

No you are wrong MOYO already has 6 hundreds in his last 5 tests (Bradman made 6 hundreds in 6 successive tests), so if MOYO does score a hundred in the second innings he would equal Bradman's record of hundreds in 6 successive tests but go one better than him in terms of overall hundreds

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

Hope fully a lead of 150/200 runs, Inshallah.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

bhaijaan it brushed his back leg instead of edge.

but yeah like teaser said, the pain in commentators voice was visible.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

I think it was a inside edge.

Re: South Africa vs. Pakistan - 2nd Test - 19-23 Jan at Port Elizabeth

They showed closeups a while ago and it showed no deflection and snickometer picked up nothing but bat brushing the pad.
