You are right about Kaneria. If he can't take a wicket on a 5th day track helping spinners reasonably, then other options have to be thought

The other dilemma is whether to:
- retain Hafeez and Farhat as openers and bat Hameed at 6 or
- drop Hafeez, try Hameed and Farhat as openers and play Asim Kamal at 6

Failsal should be dropped for Yousuf but it is doubtful if Kaneria will be dropped by Inzy

Its about time Abdul Rahman is given a go in some test series. Kaneria is consistently inconsistent. When was the last time he won a test match for us?

^yeah abdul rahman could do better than kaneria cause he targets the stumps and spins it away from the same action kinda like warne.But i think you have there mushtaq whos in good form and has a great flipper.Problem with kaneria is that he has no straight delivery or its not effective thats why he does'nt bowl it too much and his googly is the same easy to pick.

Pakistan did not make enough runs in the first innings. That's where they lost the game. 313 all out from a position of 183-2 is just not good enough at this level.
