Shadiyun, functions mein yeh sound system kaun ly k aya hamary culture mein, mehndi k ganay gharon…raaton k rat jagy…kiya app logon k han bhi shadiyan in sound system k baghair na mukammal hain? App samjhty hain this sound systems has nothing good only it harms people?
P.S: ek taraf ganay full awaz mein , dosri taraf meelad taiz awaz mein tu tesri taraf mayyat kisi k ghar mein or rat k 12:35. Just made me to know about this annoying system

acha magar yeh shadiyun mein kis ney introduce karwaya hy…see this is so annoying kis k ghar mein koi bemar ho, kisi ney nend ki goli aram k liye khai hui hy, kisi k ghar mein janaza rakha huwa hy…neighbour rights bhi kich hoty hain, infact raat he mein ada kardiye jayen…

I think jo societies ander se khokhli (hollow) ho jati hain wahan noise pollution baRh jai hai.
hamari society main agar koi dheeme lehje main baat karne wala mile to log uss kamzor samajhne lagte hain. Jab tak chilla kar kisi se baat na karo, usse aap ki hmiyat ka andaza nahin hota.
yehi soch sound system ke peeche hai. shor nahin hoga to pata kaise chale ga ke shadi main logon ne ainjoy kiya, ya milaad main logon ne barkaten lapetin

In delhi, after 10 every sound system is closed.
But noone takes punga with entire Mohalla during Navratra :D

awwal to yeh kay ham log hall ya lawn main mehndi ki taqreeb munaqid kartay hian... aur gana bajan onchi awaz say nahi hota hia...
dosra yeh kay hamary han mayon main ganay nahi balkay Allah Rasool ka naam liya jata hia.. aur na mehram hazrat ko bilkul bhi madoo nahi kiya jata hia...

There was a time when the plain marriages we have used to annoy me. Not anymore. Our nikah, rukhsati and waleema are fairly simple.

It is festival of 9 nights twice a year. People assemble and sing bhajan/kirtan in chorus with loudspeakers on. Since someone of every family of Mohalla is involved no-body complains except of course some students :)

No one takes punga with the early morning *azaan *on loudspeakers or sound of prayers from Gurudwara either. I think thats just religious tolerance in India.

Actually ek dosry ko yahan kahty sab isliye nahi kay her dosra banda hee is cheez mein involve otherwise there must be a restriction against these raat ka dhol dhabba, literally it was getting on my nerve when there was maayat at home, on the otherside mehndi songs or dholki whatever was going on...may Allah guide us ameen.

Azaan is issue in Deccan, not in Delhi, muslim are very less in number in my part
and except BanglaSahib and Sisganj, I don't think any other Gurudwara has loudspeakers or may they have I don't remember
going to religious place in last 5 years :)

You probably live in New Delhi. Go to Old Delhi/Chandni Chowk area. They have loudspeakers in mosques there. My point is that these are normal sights and sounds in India, and most people are used to it and don't mind it.
