Have you msged back and said "I am sorry I think you got the wrong person"..it's possible that this individual doesn't even realize she is sending the txts on a wrong number.
Question is what should the person say...if curious and does not want to ignore or finds any need to report. I mean this person with blocked caller ID needs to be found...
