boil sum chicken with black peper and salt- and when its boiled- shred it and put the bones aside (u can use the bones for yakhni) but if ur using boneless chicken its better-
so after u shred the chicken put mayo- and ketchup and more black pepper and salt and mix it up and put it on a bun or regular sliced bread layered with lettuce and enjoy ur chicken sandwich :)

PM...go to the deli and buy some meats and cheeses (different varieties). Oh and some bread (get a variety of breads to for a change in taste). Get some dressings/sauces and other condiments that you can add to your sandwiches...mayo, mustard, jalepenos, banana peppers, russian salad dressing (or another variety), sub dressings (ready made mixture of oil salt and black pepper), red chilly pepper pastes etc etc.
also you can get canned tuna and canned chicken breast to make chicken and tuna salads.
hope this give you some ideas.

oh and you can never go wrong with a PB-n-J (peanut butter and jelly for those of you weirdos that cant decode words :p) sandwich. Peanut butter is a good source of protein but dont eat it too often cuz it is also a good source of fat lol
