Some more Truth: Imran Khan

pyariCgudia, 1.5 million people is a number being used by Taliban apologists.

I think you mean neutralize the command and leadership of the Taliban and rehabilitate the underlings. Im sure some of the foot soldiers joined them when the army withdrew from there areas, and had no choice during the sporadic peace deals and joined purely on existential concerns.

None has quoted a figure of more than 10-12 thousand. You cant count the whole population of Dir and Buner as Taliban.

i am supporter of imran and probably would vote for him, but i am annoyed at him and differ with him.
although he may have a point but his reasoning is irrational and minute but i respect him still atleast he has a point of view and he stands by it and dont want to flow with flow of changing perceptions he would make his mind based on his intellect not anyone elses.

lets hope this stand doesnt kill his career.

yes hes a hypocrite n a fundamentalist..never liked him hes all talk n no action

yeah just like the rest of the crowd, except he's actually done a few big things for the pakistani public w/out the need of being in Govt. ;)

^ Yeah, few big things without being in government, like continue to support Taliban while they are killing Pakistani people and doing illegal un Islamic activities.

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

so he doesn't agree with your point of view, and has his own. boo hoo...

fact remains he has done more for pakistani public without being in Govt. than the so-called party leaders who depend on being in the govt. to accomplish anything.

so he doesn't agree with your point of view

It is more than just disagreeing. He is supporting Taliban, Pakistan's enemies.

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

He claims to be a friend of Qazi, who btw has a political party (as bad as they maybe). so are you saying Qazi is Taliban? I thought any party that takes part in political process is fine.

atleast that's the defense we use when it comes to a certain other party.

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

supporting taliban is the catch phrase that is going to come back and bite us in the ass. anyone who talks about drone attacks?supporting taliban, anyone who is anti american policay? pro taliban. anyone who think that misdirected violence will worsen the situation? pro taliban. so quick to define who is taliban and pro taliban and then follow the fine rhetorics, kill them all. this forum is screaming for more bloodshed to bring peace. leaves no doubt in mind very much pro america and may be now pro america is to be pro pakistan

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

Imran Khan is a failed politician. He could do much better if he kept himself limited to cricket and hospitals. Misusing and spoiled his popularty.

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

Imran Taliban Khan tried to attack Dr Pervez Hoodbhoy;

Imran Khan has gone mad.

where are you quoting this from ? I couldnt find it in the original post ?

Link added.

ty 4 da link.

This should be an interesting episode of Capital talk, 10 may.

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

people here, try to find every ill in Imran like we have rest of the politicians as angels like Altaf, Nawaz, Asif, and everyone else.

so how much bad he is, He is still far better then lot I have mentioned. Though he is trying to break the common benchmarks to be politician in Pakistan, He is sincere and has conviction power. Something not very common in Pakistan political scene. Hence this irk towards him, just because he happen to be against MQM master Altaf Hussain!

Taliban Khan is a mad man..he is now physically attacking people...politics Taliban style..

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

There is nothing wrong in having Jinnah and Mahatir as role models. It surely is a shame to have Ataturk as a role model. Such audacity of a tiny news person in Pakistan to ask such a question. Just shows what that newspaper stands for.

Ataturk had an identity problem when he tried to westernize Turkey. He was the one who threw away such a precious religious identity to skirts and Latin.

I go by what our great Allama Iqbal said about Ataturk.

Ladeeni o Lateeni , kis phair mai uljha to..

Long live Imran Khan!

Re: Some more Truth: Imran Khan

I like his role models but he nuthing like em.... blame it on America is his solution for most problems. He doesnt admit but sounds like he is big supporter of taliban or probably he just supports em coz he wants to proof that people in primiister house are wrong.
I use to think he is capable of running this country but not anymore.

come up with argument, not just like your nick test01! i guess there are millions of victims physically assaulted by followers of Altaf Hussain. He isnt pro anti-Pakistan talibans.

he is against killing own people without proper trial and just the sake of american pleasure! most of Pakistanis will not support either so whats wrong with that?

Well sais :k:

Imran is one of the few genuine politicians in this country.

He has not looted his charities, unlike these MQM supporters who have looted their own people everyday
