India is totally not willing to settle the Kashmir issue do u not know what is Indian policy? Its better that you first contact your Indian government and ask them what is their Kashmir policy and then come here and talk. .
I know what is Indian government policy that is why i am saying this. As i have mentioned it time and again, India has always stressed talks to settle Kashmir problem. Perhaps you should try to find out what Pakistani government has signed with India before you comment again.
U make sure there are free and fair ellections in Indian Occupied Kashmir, solve your own mess and problems then look at us because there is no weight in what you say if you only point fingers to others whilst your own country is denying millions of Kashmiris their right of self determination.
There have been free & fair elections in Jammu & Kashmir and that has been welcomed by rest of the world :D It is time, as a number of people have asked and EU report had stressed, that Pakistan provide more freedom to people in Northern Areas as it has started doing after almost 60 years !!!!
