So then as per UNSC how is Kashmir problem going to be solved 
The Indian governments stand is what UNSC has been saying for a long time … India and Pakistan have to solve all their problems, including Kahsmir, through dialougue.
You are the one who brought up the plebisicte issue … i just wanted you to see what steps need to be taken for holding a plebisicte. And as is the case in UNCIP resolutions, Pakistan is to vacate the territory held by it in Kashmir. Again this is in plain simple english
