1 Honor killing
2 Acid on women face
3 Religious extremism.
4 Hijra
5 Breast Cancer

let us discuss those issues which are not yet highlighted but they are there since thousands of years in our society. Can you name some of them, which nobody talk about.

Yes you are right but in Pakistan it has social issue also. As people feel shame to talk about it and get treated.
