alot of men, my cousins husbands, my dad, uncles, male friends…all insist that they prefer their partners with no makeup…eu natural…but can someone tell me, why is this the case? sometimes ive seen girls look better with it on, but their men will insist they shouldnt wear it, due to natural beauty being better…what does this mean exactly..or is this a clver trick by the men folk to have their girls looking as crap as hell so no other man would even attempt a side way glance at their women…

The raw sexuality of a woman is a big turn on. I certainly prefer it over make up and fake hair etc. Perhaps its a survival technique the women that looks more natural thus are able to produced children as oppose those who looks pale and sickly some thing hardwired in our brains long ago. This is how we learn to survive so the more natural the women looks the more appealing she is. It takes us to our primordial era where sexuality was not just pleasure seeking but a way of survival for our ancestors. (By the way i don't believe in evolution im just saying this is how it might be that God intended it this way.) Chicks without make are "Super Hot" And again in Quran "Those women who change the creation of God are a disgrace) ie by putting fake hair and make up.

All this is a load of BS. Women without make up would be terribly plain and boring. Imagine all of us without eyeliners - our eyes bare, like we have just woken up from years of hibernation.
Men don’t know this stuff - they are oblivious to it - so basically what they really mean is that if they can notice the make up on your face, it must be done poorly, it’s gotta go. If they don’t notice/see it - you’re good to go! :k:

what is so strange about it, there is a sense of closeness when you can see someone just be themselves. i find my wife very cute when weekday mornings she has no makeup on, chilling in her jammies and we are sitting eating cereal and exchanging sections from the sunday paper.
Routinely, i do not wear make up at all except when i m going to parties, just mascara or an eyeliner may be. ANd i doubt if raw sexuaility has been turn on in my case

my mom used to say jaisa khud ko rekho mard waisay he daikhnay ka aadi ho jata hai. since i was extremely simple when i got married she adviced me to wear make up n light jewelry at home. i did n He never noticed. instead he said he liked me simple. but i still did it in moderations( on mom n mils pressure). now i hav become careless again but this time he reminds me that i should put make up on or get eyebrows done or wear light jewelry esp while going outside" aaj tum ne kuch nahin pehna". n He was soo against dying hair so i never did it for long time but after i got highlights done once He likes them.So i say keep looking good n even if ur partner does frown at it atleast u'll feel gud n confident n he'll get used to that special look in the long run.

I think the point is to look approachable and touchable. If you've caked on so much that it looks like a small scrape will ruin the whole illusion, it's not appealing. That's different from adding some lipstick or liner to accent.

I think going make-up free is amazing. Don't get me wrong, I do still sometimes wear my typical 3: eyeliner, blush, and lip gloss!! But I feel more beautiful without it all, where your natural skin glows :).
