Breakfast: Omellete & 2 slices

Mid day: tea with sugar & 2 chocolate cookies

**Lunch: **Chicken with cashew nuts & custard/jelly (srpp)

Mid eve: Aloo wala naan (half) … because i couldnt resist

Dinner**: **barbecue

Work out: nothing, zero, shunnay
