moona, fine, that's your choice. But what it got anything to do with self-esteem? Why do you think men or women who have multiple partners in their lives over the years have low self-esteem?

My personal experience has been that being exposed to various people only enhances your experience of life and builds confident. It teaches you how to deal with different kind of people differently. It tells you who is a jerk and who is a bitch and what eventually in the end you want in a long term partner.

People who have not been involved much with others are inhibited. The inhibition that forces them to base their criterion for a future partner on shallow things like physical appearance, money, education (degrees) etc. They fail to see the real self of a person, the qualities that matter for a fulfilled, happy life.
