well i said so cuz usually when the guy is abroad for job/career...his family doesnt mind him not living with them. Otherwise if its bak home they wud have an issue with it.

**Probably, but at the time of the delivery of her first baby, she always remember her MIL so badly and is so desperate to have her over that she books the flight, buys the airplane ticket and couriers it and make all the necessary arrangements overnight...MIL's come in handy to serve her better whom she had despised until then.

still the ratio of divorces and separations are more in couples living alone abroad or here ..

^ Uh. Most of us are far more comfortable taking advantage of our mothers than our MILs. I was blessed to have both helping me out. :D
