That’s the beauty of love, you can’t really define or explain it. There is no logic in it. You will definitely know when it happens! You can’t really go looking for it and expect to find it, but sometimes you will get hit with it when you least expect.
You are right, earning the good pleasure of Allah is the most important thing , more important than anything else in the universe. I view true love between a man and a woman as a gift that Allah has given us out of his mercy.
