Everyone in Karachi knows the role of the bhatta-khor MQM, in the killing of thousands of innocents, since the 80's. Other parties have killed, but none on the massive scale as the MQM.
If you don't like people talking about the criminal methods the MQM is based on, you shouldn't resort to such juvenille behaviour.

there are 1700 thousand murders in the nyc area alone (incl suburbs and such), a year. looks like mqm made its impact there too.
my point is, that it's not a pretty statistic, but its unfortunately a part of a big city universe. starting a thread OR EVEN A REPLY, to simply defile a political party, and not even worrying about the poor souls who are without their lives now, is very EXTREMELY petty. Army operations should be done in Karachi but the start should not be from 90 only it should be from all parts of Karachi and supplies from up country should also be cut off.

PPP is playing double game now - on one hand they want MQM to rejoin and on the other using Lyari gang war criminals and ANP and Haqiqi to gain control of MQM areas - resulting in killings of mostly innocent peoples. In this situation only a neutral party can bring peace in Karachi otherwise this is going to be very serious and thousands more would be killed in Karachi.

Sure, my first statement was that many parties are involved. There are criminals in Sohrab Goth, Lyari, etc. They need to be eliminated as well.
However the majority of the killings involve the MQM, and it has been that way for the last 30 years. I think that is an accurate statement, and most neutral people would agree.

Rockets, grenades wound 12 in Beempura
KARACHI: A gang war between two armed groups in Bheempura took a devastating turn when they started throwing hand grenades and firing rockets at each other, wounding 12 including women and minors, Geo News reported Wednesday.
Fear blanketed the whole area in the wake of this heavy shootout.
So far no casualties have been reported but it was confirmed that this volley of hand-grenades, rockets, and bullets injured a dozen of people, most of them women and children.

KARACHI: Former MNA Waja Ahmad Karim Dad Baloch has been shot dead by unknown armed men. He was sitting in a hotel in old city area for iftar with his friends, Geo News reported.
Pakistan People's Party leader Waja Karim Dad had been elected from the Lyari area.
