niksik, i think the best thing to do is keep in mind that all their actions and nasty words will be noted and written by the frishtay with them and one day they'll have to answer to this.
Also, if you keep quiet and hold your head high, you;'re the better person by far. Now i just need to take my own advice lol, cos its bloomin hard, ive got some of the worst rellies imaginable lol!
