Summer Red Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
8 large strawberries
1/2 banana
1 organic orange
3 pineapple slices
1 medium cup of pure apple juice
1 medium cup of crushed ice
Method
Put all ingredients (except ice) in blender and blend for approx. 30 seconds. Next add the ice and blend until your prefered texture. Serve immediately for best results. Perfect for hot Summer days!
