***Hawaian silk Smoothie


1 cup soy milk
2 cups pineapple juice
1 frozen banana
1 table spoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons non fat dry milk
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon coconut milk

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached!

KITCHEN SINK SMOOTHIE

2 bananas
1 orange
1 apple
2 chunks of fresh pineapple
2 kiwis
1-2 cups of frozen blueberries
10-12 frozen strawberries
1- 2 cups cranberry juice
1 (14 ounces) can light condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1(8 ounces) carton plain yogurt
1 small banana, cut up
1 cup frozen or fresh whole strawberries
1(8 ounces)can crushed pineapple packed with juice,chilled
2 tablespoons real lemon juice from concentrate
1cup ice cubes
Halved fresh strawberries, optional

In a blender container, combine the low fat yogurt, banana, wholestrawberries, pineapple with its juice and real lemon, cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes, blending until smooth.
Garnish with halved strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.

BANANA OATMEAL SMOOTHIE

1cup milk
1 packet instant oat meal,regular flavor
1 whole banana, cut in chunks
1 cup orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for1 minute.

1 cup acerola cherries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1 large glass of water

Method
Place ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Delicious!

    Ingredients
                                                  2 scoops of chocolate ice-cream
          1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream
          500mls milk
          2 tbsp milo
          3 tbsp chocolate sauce


        Method

Smooth and Crunchie Smoothie
(serves 2)

    Ingredients
                                                  2                bananas
          2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
          Half a cup of milk (any type)
          1 cadburys crunchie (roughly chopped)


        Method
                    Add              the milk and crunchie to blender. Blast them for 15 seconds,then add              ice-cream and bananas, blend for another 15 seconds. Enjoy!

Banana Toffee Smoothie

     Ingredients
                                                     2 large bananas, quartered
          1 low fat toffee yogurt
          1 medium sized cup of milk

          Method
                       Add the bananas to the blender, next add the yoghurt then the milk, mix for approximately 20 seconds. Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients
                                12oz of milk
          2.5oz of protein powder
          1 egg
          1 cup of flavored yogurt
          1 piece of fruit (banana, kiwi, orange, etc.)

Cinnamon Surprise Smoothie

    Ingredients
                                                  2 bananas
          1 small cup of frozen rasberries
          1 small cup of frozen blueberries
          1 small cup of pure orange juice
          1 teaspoon vanilla essence
          1 teaspoon maple syrup
          3 ice cubes
          Cinnamon to taste                     

Method
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. The more cinnamon added the more delicious it is.

Sweet Love Smoothie

    Ingredients
                                                  1 banana
          4-5 blackberries
          4-5 raspberries
          3 large strawberries
          2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
          1/2 small cup of orange juice
          4 ice cubes                   

Method
Break the banana in half and place in the blender. Add all the other ingredients. Blend on full for approximately 30 seconds, pour and serve.

Banana, Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie

    Ingredients
                                                Approx 12 strawberries
        1 whole banana
        1/2 can of pineapples (or 1 whole fresh pineapple if you prefer more)                   

Method
Dice strawberries (keeping just one aside), then cut banana into 4 pieces. Next use 1/2 of the can of pineapple (or whole fresh pineapple if more required), add to blender, blend till smooth. Pour smoothie in the glass and add one strawbery on top for decoration.

Chickadee Orange Smoothie

    Ingredients
                                                2 oranges (peeled and sliced)
          1 mango (peeled and sliced)
          2 bananas (peeled and sliced)
          1/4 small cup of low-calorie sugar
          Juice of 1/4 of a lemon                                   

Method
Place bananas, oranges and mangos in the blender, blend them until soft. Put sugar in a pan over a medium heat until dissolved, the when dissolved add to blender. Mix in lemon juice and then enjoy.

1 apple (peeled and cored)
2-3 tbsps orange juice concentrate
Ice cubes and water for texture

Method
Cut all fruit into small chunks, place in blender. Next add water and orange juice concentrate, then blend for approx 20-30 seconds adding ice for texture as desired.

1 large apple (skin left on but seeds removed)
1 banana sliced
150ml of tropical fruit juice

1 1/2 medium size cups of chopped pineapple
1 1/2 medium size cups of chopped mango
1 banana, peeled and chopped
500ml smooth orange juice
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
2 tbsp honey

Method
Put banana, mango and pineapple in the blender. Next add juice and honey followed by the ice-cream. Blend for a total of 1 minute.

(serves 2)
Ingredients
3 good slices of pineapple
1/2 mango
10mls orange juice juice
2 scoops of lemon ice-cream/sorbet
lemon drizzle

Method
Put orange juice, 3 slices of pineapple, half mango and lemon ice-cream in the blender and blend for around 25 seconds. Then pour smoothie into two glasses and drizzle the lemon drizzle onto the top of the smoothies!
