Refresher Smoothie
(serves 1)
Ingredients
2 good slices of fresh pineapple
2 pears (skin and centre removed)
4 strawberries
splash of juice (either orange or apple)

Method
Add all fruit into the blender and whizz for around 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy.

Tropical Dream Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
5 large chunks of juicy pineapple
5 strawberries
3/4 of a medium sized cup of apple juice
3/4 of a medium sized cup of milk
1/2 medium sized cup of vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

Method
Combine all ingredients except for the honey. Whirl for approximately 15 seconds. Pour in honey and spin for 10 seconds. Enjoy!.

Berry Blitz Smoothie

serves 2)
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen strawberrys
1 banana
2 cups of ice
Strawberry flavouring

Method
Put strawberrys, banana (chopped) and ice into the blender. Blend for approx 30 seconds. Then add a dash of strawberry flavouring (any kind) and blend until smooth.

Strawberry Fizz Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
250gms strawberries
2 apples, cored and chopped into large cubes
300mls orange juice

Method
Put all ingredients into the blender, and blend until desired consistency. Add more ingredents if needed for larger portions.

Strawberry, Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
(serves 1)

Ingredients
6 frozen strawberries
1 organic banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/4 to 1/2 small cup of low-fat vanilla yoghurt

Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and whizz until well mixed (add yoghurt based on your liking from more fruity to more creamy). Serve.

Summer Red Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
8 large strawberries
1/2 banana
1 organic orange
3 pineapple slices
1 medium cup of pure apple juice
1 medium cup of crushed ice

Method
Put all ingredients (except ice) in blender and blend for approx. 30 seconds. Next add the ice and blend until your prefered texture. Serve immediately for best results. Perfect for hot Summer days!

Magenta Cow Smoothie

(serves 2)
Ingredients
2 cups of frozen strawberries and raspberries
1/3 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of honey
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
6 oz of yogurt

Method
Place everything in the blender. Blend for approximately 20 seconds, serve and enjoy.

Trio Berry Smoothie

serves 2)
Ingredients
1 medium cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 small cup of raspberry sherbet
8 fl oz orange juice

Method
Put all the berries and sherbet into a blender and blend. Add orange juice to make it more of a smooth consistency.

Strawberry Orange Splash Smoothie

(serves 2)
Ingredients
10 strawberries (save 2 for garnish)
1 medium sized cup of fresh orange juice
1/4 orange
6 ice cubes

Method
Chop 8 strawberries in halves. Peel and slice the 1/4 of orange, put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a strawberry in each. ENJOY!

(serves 2)
Ingredients
2 apples
1 medium can of pineapples in juice
12 ice cubes
30mls of fresh orange juice

Method
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.

Fruit Tastic Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
1 handful of blueberries
1/2 handful of grapes (green or red)
1/2 small cup of apple juice
1 banana
small cup of ice

Method
Put the juice in a blender/mixer. Peel the banana then add it along with the grapes and blueberries to the mixer. Finally add the ice and mix / blend until smooth.

Jamaican Ginger Smoothie
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 banana chopped
fresh ginger (according to taste)
4-5 large strawberries
1 cup of cranberry juice
1 1/2 - 2 cups of ice

Method
Put everything into blender. Blend at high speed until ice is smooth. For an added touch, garnish with mint leaves.

Berry Good Smoothie
Ingredients:16 cubes ice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup mixed berry fruit juice
1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
2 1/4 cups frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

**Preparation:

**1. Blend 16 ice cubes in a blender until crushed. Pour in water and juice. Blend. Pour in frozen berries. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.

1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup papaya juice or papaya chunks
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup turbinado sugar or brown sugar
1TBsp honey
1/4-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
