But on topic, yes the " " smilie is the most annoying because it comes off has highly sarcastic and smug, and though sometimes people do use it genuinely, it’s pretty much been spoiled over the years to mean a variety of insults. They range from “I disagree with you because you are stupid” to “go blankety blank yourself”.
