Hi Paris, every morning is the best time to have a smoothie. If you don’t have time to make your smoothie every morning you can prepare it at night and put it on the fridge. Make it a part of your breakfast, I love making green smoothie and fruit smoothie but my favorite is banana, blueberries and strawberry smoothies. These fruits are rich in Vitamin C which is good for the skin and health.
Soooo true. I used to drink green smoothies first thing in the morn and after a few weeks I received compliments from coworkers about my skin looking glowing, MashaAllah, and this is without makeup. I need to start doing that again.
In shaa Allah it will work , during the first few weeks of using it, your acne might appear worse because the medication is working on pimples forming inside the skin so in that case don’t get worry .( as it’s active ingredient is adapalene (a retinoid).
did you tell your go that you’re getting married in some time ?
I’ve gotten used to them now to where I just blend some spinach, a handful of blueberries and water. It won’t long before you see a diff in your skin, esp if you try to rat healthy, drink plenty of water and exercise. The smoothie gives your skin that boost.
When I was new to them, I would add a few splashes of orange juice, some spinach, a few pieces of frozen strawberries, pineapple and blueberries., some water if consistency needs to be thinned. The color would be a dark greenish brown, not the most attractive…but taste-wise it was more like a fruit drink. So those who are new to g-smotthies, can add juice and a bit more fruit to theirs.
I had a look at at picture of myself a year ago and it was all good..these were days i would not even own a face wash or toner and i would moisturize few tines a week only.
nothing seems to work and my face is looking soo old and tired.
it’s mentally stressing me now as i have 2 months to go only and everyone i see after some time has the same reaction at me ‘what happned to your face?’
See! i told you, i was surprised at the fact that why did you GP prescribed you this when your wedding was so near.
Sorry
Don’t worry it will get better in shaa Allah, same happened to me when my in laws were coming to see me for the first time. i can feel your pain.
Drink plenty of water now, don’t touch your face unnecessarily please.
In my person opinion , don’t use any skin product , just stick to moisturiser. keep your skin clear, wash it but don’t over do it and stick to the medicines he prescribed. change your pillow cover often, don’t dry your face with towel, tie your bangs back , do wash your hair and don’t take tension , stress makes acne worse.
if your acne is in active form don’t go for facials, let it settle, after a few weeks you won’t be getting any more pimple in shaa Allah then you can go for it. i guess the medicine he said he will give in the end month will be for fading acne scars.
Don’t try any new product in this period.
