Go to Pakistan and get that skin polish thing, I have seen dark girls come back all fair and pale. Also the reason why u never get to see a dark bride in pakistan nowdays, they all turn white before the wedding!!!

jokes aside i have heard it from a lot of ppl and these are relatives and friends. one of my sisters friends returned from Pakistan and she was glowing, not just a lighter complexion. she said she had a skin polish done. my cousin who runs her own parlour told me the same, all brides, esp the coloured ones come in for skin polish and its just not brides. a few girls in my family get it done every few months. all the damn girls glow like their diet consists of lightbulbs.

guys i don't think it's worth it....have you noticed how all these products on the market don't list their ingredients...thats cos it's all heavy duty chemicals that they probably strip paint with! dudes and dudettes, i would never put ANYTHING like that on my face!!!
just embrace who you are naturally, dark or light...just don't conform to the "i want to be whiter" society.
also why do people have such a complex about their colour, and not just pakistanis...i have friends of various backgrounds...chinese....african...european...and the light skinned ones want to be darker..so they tan....and the darker ones want to be lighter...so they use bleaching products.....WHAT IS WRONG?!?!?!

i've already commented on this in your engagement thread, but once again... exactly to mandrake123's comment! nobody needs lighter skin unless you're born with it, but even then, you tan more easily, you're more susceptible to skin cancer, and if you're going to be self-destructive, take up smoking! at least you get a high off that :P
