its a gr8 anti-oxidant so it is recommended both for oral n tropical use. prepare all ur meals in virgi olive oil. Wat-teen, waz- zaitoon ( olive n fig) only fruit Quran swears . so no doubt abt it.
other gr8 anti-aging oils r sweet almond oil, rose hip seed oil(cold pressed), argan oil, neeroli oil & castor oil.
however like anything else oil using need patience n conistency.
OK outta Gina's thread now :)
Thanks so much Mabrook. I have used HQ but am allergic to it now and also have been using retin A (not retinol A ). And yes I wear sunscreen spf 50 or greater almost all the time. I will ask my family doctor to refer me to another Derma. and will try to use the pills you suggested. So should I stop using this honey, lemon mixture then...??
^Honestly mujhay honey lemon's effectiveness for melasama ka nahi pata. only Gina can tell. for me i think Melasma is more trickier to deal than other skin probs and the more u play with it the worse it can get but that's my opinion only.
Sumi, that was prolly because of the cinnamon powder in the ubtan. Please quote your query I try my BEST to answer each and every one of them..if I somehow miss yours please bring it to my attention. :)

Neem and mint paste.. helps with the existing acne and pores.
thanx Gina... should i use ubtan or not? and if yes how often? one more ques.. shold i use besan haldi n lemon pack daily on ma face? plz answer me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I've been reading a lot of your posts here and in the Glowing Brides section...
I'm sure you've answered this somewhere but I haven't found it yet. Hopefull you can help me out still.
I don't have acne problems but my skin is pretty uneven. I have fair skin but my chin/mouth area is darker and its very noticeable (at least to me). I don't like to wear make up just for that. So is there anything natural/medicinal I can do? I wear sunblock everyday and recently had my skin checked and there is no sun damage. But the darkness never goes away.
I use MD Forte, glycolic cleanser and cream as well and a Vitamin C serum during the day.

Thanks!
MD Forte is great combined with the glycolic cleanser.. I suggest you stick to this regime for a while before you change anything.
Sumi, if u're using ubtan u don't need to use the besan/haldi mask.
well Gina i dont use ubtan... i used it once but i found ma face very itchy after that n wen i apply it it gives me very bad burning sensation... can u gimme some other recipe for ubtan plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. n ya one more thing which cleanser n toner should i use as i have oily n acne prone skin
It's cinnamon powder in ubtan that usually irritates sensitive skin. Any toners/cleansers with tea tree oil, neem, salicylic acid are great for oily skin.
If you prep your skin beforehand it's safe alishaht :)
Your derm will be the best person to tell you what products to use prior to the peel. Peels in summers are safe.. as long as you use sun-protection (always)
