dont use anything on your red spots if they are by birth.home made tips have no solution for it.if they are by birth nothing can help to remove them trust me and if someone is telling you he is lying.only plastic surgery can remove them.for black heads oriflame cosmetic range.try aloevera cooling scrub
^ no yar i got them few yrs ago and they keep disappearing n coming bk n they r not as severe as the pic. I scrubbed my arms regularly few days ago n now these marks r just abt gone so i dont know what really is up with them lol.
but thanks so much for yr concern, really appreciate it :)
maham plz do use tree face wash and tree tea oil daily.believe me they will all go.either go for oriflame cosmetics or body shop bec they have 100% pure products.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. You can either buy ubtan or mix one yourself at home. Gina has posted a simple ubtan recipe in the 'Glowing Brides' thread so take a look in there. All the best.
hey misschievous, how do u make that mask,i mean the quantities...i had like one pimle pop out now and then, but now for 4 weeks,im breaking out rel bad,n im gettn married in 3 months..iv started oral tetracycline for 3 weeks, which my GP gave, and am using benzoly topically..i hav 2 active spots rite now,but horrible scars..they r basically red marks..my GP said that i shud be glad that my skin texture resembles white skin, she meant that the marks r red n not brown like asian skin!but i just luk horrible,n feel ugly..n im gettn depressd..i dnt know wat to do about it.!!
Hey, sorry for getting back to you late...first of all; congratulations on your wedding :)
I make my mask by taking one heaped table spoon of besan, a pinch of haldi and then enough lemon juice to make a paste consistency. That is enough to cover my face and neck. Hope this helps.
Gina, i. 22 and i have very oily skin. recently that has been resulting in big red, itchy pimples on my face. and since my skin is otherwise very clear, the pimples are even more prominent. You said earlier:
It's different for oily/dry and combination skin.. all skin-types shud cleanse everyday though and if u're exposed to dust and grime cleanse twice a day.
Every skin-type needs scrubbing and u may scrub 2-3 times a week, don't over-do and strip u're skin off natural oils.
Homemade masks for oily skins:
Neem paste + Mint paste, mix with lemon juice and apply
Cucumber juice + aloe vera
Oatmeal and milk
Could you tell me how to make neem and mint paste? Also i've been having neem leaves blended in water for a couple of days now.. because of my pimples. i've also been taking sharbat-e-unnab with 3 cloves of garlic before i sleep in order to avoid stomach issues.. is there something im doing wrong? i also try to cleanse my skin as much as possible and avoid fatty foods. I use sunblock before going out, it's neutrogena's ultra sheer dry. just please help me out, ive tried to provide as much info as i could!
Don't cleanse more than twice a day.. steep neem and mint leaves in water and use it as a toner. You just have to wash and dry the neem/mint leaves and blend them till it forms a past and use that.
Apply tea tree oil directly to the pimples, keep u're hair off u're face. For oily skin regular application of aloe vera pulp helps and so does multani mitti/fullers-earth.

Really need advice please. My skin is soooooooo dry at the moment. It's almost peeling/flakey in some places. As soon as I wash it, it feels tight and awful. Is there any face masks I can try or whats the best moisturiser? Any advice please?
I'm currently sampling Clarins cleanser/toner/moisturiser. Before that I used Clinique but im staying away from that at the moment as the assistant at another counter told me Clinique toners are very harsh!
I need some advice about dark spots/pigmentation on my cheeks. I have had these since my daughters were born about 5 years ago...I have tired everything from peels to microderm... to using Retinol A cream for almost 2 years...I don't see a difference at all. My dermatologist said it may not go away at all. Now a days I am trying honey and lemon juice on the spots...seems like nothing is working...any help will be appreciated.
Noshiawan have u tried hydroquinone? try HQ with retin A( not retinol) for skn lightening. Also wear sunscreen religiously.
Ask ur doc abt using Triluma which effectively stops melasma and reverses it back to your original color. Also, search on Pycnogenol Pills which is an extract of pine bark helps get rid of melasma when taken orally, it also helps with inflammation and other skin issues NSI Pycnogenol® (Pine Bark Extract) – 100 mg - 60 Capsules - Vitacost

for peeling/flaky skin joboba oil and Hylauronic acid are gr8. don't wash too often. use a gentle cleanser without Alcohol.
I don't think it's too early to start :) I've heard some people use olive oil. Wondering how effective it is? Guess different things work for different people.
