Re: Skin Care For Wedding
One thing that I'll suggest is to take care of your skin as much as possible after the wedding as well because in my experience, my skin broke out like crazy after the wedding was over! I had 5 events in a row and all the makeup, not getting enough time to clean my skin properly, etc made the breakouts worse. After a month, I am still trying to get rid of them :(

Not anything exactly!
If anyone is using any specific, do suggest me too!

Re: Skin Care For Wedding
Man skin was my biggest issue when I was getting married! I broke out like no tomoro..I was sooo unhappy with stuff just cause of my skin. And trust me i tried so many things. My advice would be to not do too much...and dont think about it too much. I broke out even more a week after the wedding..but I noticed the less I worried about it..the better it got..and Alhumdulillah ..now, its back to normal. Stress is no good at all. HORRIBLE for your skin!

The best thing to do even if you have sensitive skin is to clean with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil. Just apply and cotton off and then wash with a gentle face wash like Gentle purpose or Dove. Cleanse your face with the cotton am and pm and see the difference. If you use Creme de la Mer too it should be great. Its pricey though!

I think if it's a possibility get photo rejuvenation or a chemical peel...chemical peel works wonders...but you have to be extremely careful to avoid sun exposure.
Also, above all eating healthy it crucial. Take a container and fill it with water, than add cucumbers and lemon and leave it outside room temperature..drink the water first thing when you wake up...it's refreshing and amazing for your dermis.
Re: Skin Care For Wedding
young skin shouldn't really need a harsh treatment like a chemical peel, methinks.
i'd say remember to take your makup off every night before going to bed in the days leading up to the wedding, so your pores can breathe (i use Clinique's foaming face wash- takes everything off and doesn't dry out my skin). use a good moisturiser daily with SPF (i love Olay) and drink lots and lots and LOTS of water.

my skin is normal, why?
Re: Skin Care For Wedding
If I were you....I would try the Proactive Kit, for about $19.99 + $5.24 S&H, you get a whole routine ...a cleanser, toner & repairing lotion (which btw does all the skin clearing wonders) and you also get 2 extra bonuses...something like a tea mint cleanser which is amazing for spot treatments...
I am by no means getting married anytime soon (i am 17, lol) but I wanna try this out... and the price dropped like CRAZY, i remember when it was introduced it was $69.99
anyways try it out, its not just for acne but maintaining clear skin thru out, i know people who are hooked for life!
Re: Skin Care For Wedding
Skin care and sleep are completely essential for the skin. Alot of girls get nervous and are so excited about the big day that they completely forget to get plenty of rest and sleep to get that fresh glow.
As someone suggested go mild on your skin. Use DOVE cream cleanser and moisturizer as well. Drink tons of water and use a pimple cream with a good amount of benzoyl peroxide every 3 or 4 days if your skin is prone to breakouts.
