Ditto, that’s why I start using Sensodine the month prior to starting the strips because it helps “prep” the teeth. I don’t get sensitivity since I started doing that. I would recommend that for any form of whitening, be it baking soda or Hydrogen Peroxide.

I did that too…lol. That helped my husband but for my teeth, the whitestrips still made them super sensitive. But I don’t have this issue with baking soda.
