okay heres what I do;

Drink at least 2 glasses of water
If I have Vicks or any other vaporub kinda thingy, I rub it on my forehead, temples and tie something aroung the head, not too softly and not TOO tightly, just enough to exert some pressure.
Massage the area above and just below the eyebrows with index finger and thumb

Using the above mentioned, tested and tried techniques, the headache usually goes away in 20 - 25 minutes. Sleep, if you can, sleep is God's gift and while you are sleeping the repair squads in the body, the PAIN FIGHTERS get to work and eliminate whatever is causing that pain.

Thanks a lot of helpful tips here. I tied a bandana on my head since before, and till the pain goes away I actually have a hard time sleeping :(

Gonna look for some vicks now

headache is an indication that the veins are not allowing enough space for the blood to flow, disprin helps in this case too, it actually thins your blood a little bit and it reduces the stress on your veins.

I know… but the thought of unnecessarily thinning one’s blood kinda scares me :bummer:
