But just because someone is homosexual doesn’t mean they commit sinful acts, for someone to feel an attraction to a person of the same sex is not a sin, for them to act upon it is, however society does not look at this and condemns homosexuals regardless of whether they commit the sin or not. Regarding the third sex in Pakistan there was a BBC documentary that showed a lot of the ‘khusray’ had deformed genitalia, some as a result of birth defects and others were victims of malicious crimes in the same way people will cut off children’s limbs to get them to beg and will later collect the money from them. For there to be no rights for these people, for them to only be able to dance to earn a living and be condemned and shunned by everyone is truly disgusting.

As strict as some Islamic rules are it is also a very just and kind religion, for anyone to take someones rights away without a proper trial is wrong, no one but a judge can rule whether the person should be punished or not.

The point being if somebody in islamic state commits homosexuality and its proven in court you know the penalty it is death, no question same with adultery if proven in court whoever commits adultery no doubts about judgment what will happen next.

Being born with deformed genitalia as you mentioned is not a crime and is not part of this topic. The subject is in islam is homosexuality permitted and very simple answer is no, if you have evidence to proove me wrong welcome to publish it.
