Has anyone found any effective treatments, foods etc to relieve sinus headaches, pressure around the eyes, nose etc? Please share if anything you have tried has worked for you.

Ira, nothing helped me untill I got some antibiotics...its usually an infection, so your better off by going to a doctor rather than self-medicating

nisa, is there a certain medication that is more effective than others? Do you have a name etc? That would be helpful if you can!
s_mk, i think this occurs more from the weather and it happens alot so not sure if antibiotics will treat it for good. Will have to fin dout from the doc.

my sinuses are always blocked...whether it is winter or summer. i wonder why.

Mera....drink plenty of fluid as much as you can especially V-C. Drink green tea with honey and put some kloongy.
