How do we fight them? We kill them. We make it so expensive for them to try to fight against the people of Pakistan that they do not dare think of it. Those who target innocent women and children do so against the teachings of the Prophet (SAW) and thus are not subject to any mercy from our end.

Even though military is wiping them out, they will be back again after few months/yrs.
Long term solution: The same way people did in Europe and States and how they dealth with suicide threats.
Pakistan is no where sophisticated enough like Europe/States but government needs to track down all the networks much more aggressively which are deeply rooted in Pakistan.
Beside this, an average Pakistani needs to take responsibility and report or take action of any thing suspecious that merely looks like bomb threat. Our citizens are are sooo ignorant of this. Their own homes and shops are about to be blown up and they are completely oblivious to it. Every Pakistani needs to be educated about this through media, whatever it takes, TV, radio, billboards, papers. This does not spread fear but actually will teach people how to protect themselves from such threats. Media is not doing enough to educate people on this.

eliminating private schools is a bad idea. if we want to make government schools better, make them better. how do private schools currently hurt govt schools?

It wouldn’t have any real effect Mehnaz. There aren’t enough private school teachers to have a noticeable impact on the quality of state education.

Eliminating the private schools would just decimate the production of upper-middle/upper class leadership in Pakistan.

One simple tactic should be adopted by Pakistan Police…add Bomb Sniffing Dogs to their force…

that should stop most high explosive belt wearing would be bombers or even scare the Sh** out of them…
