They dont say oh hi how are you.

They say it in a way which is blatent hitting on me like they say something loudly from the other side of the road like hey you in the pink top come here so i can get a closer look at you and the friends will all whistle( this is what happened yesterday) now what i was saying is i just run away without looking, but other girls i know would turn around and smile and im asking does this make them ‘bad girls’

Honestly its really obvious. Like last night i was in the junior common room and this guy comes up to me and goes hey how are you, i havnt seen you around and i said i dont think i know you either and then he says ‘youre quite cute’ and then i run away.

in my firsnt thread i meant ‘hey how you doin’ in the Friends way. But i dont think anyone watches friends here.

Sorry but the comment in bold is funny yeah thats uncalled for and you did a good thing by avoiding the buggers.

The one underlined might not qualify for hitting on you, perhaps the guy was just being social, and interested in ‘fraandship’ with you. Anyway, you seem quite defensive, which is obviously your personal choice, and not necessarily a bad thing to do, just make sure you don’t become a bitter defensive fob - and butt of all jokes - that sort of thing. I mean merely talking to a guy doesn’t make you ‘easy’.
