I will believe it when I sit in one of those things. How many times we see nice new car/plane models but when you travel, you see the same old broken planes/cars

Yeah I understand that but I meant something similar to what TLK said. Is it going to be the standard on all of 380s or did they pretty up this one plane to show others what can be done and how comfortable this plane can be? Come on, rose petals on the bed and champagne? It’s like when you go to burger king or any fast food restaurant and you see a big juicy burger nicely dressed being displayed on the post but when you get your whopper, it’s no way close to what’s on the picture

The ones shown are the ACTUAL interiors of A380 because it was on its commercial flight. So what you see for this specific one is here to stay. And yea it is true different configs are available. Virgin Atlantic wants a club onboard, so they'll have a different layout ofcourse.
As for the rose petals and all, that was only on the initial flight i believe, a media stunt indeed to boast that Singapore is the first to operate 380. Other SAI 380s will probably have the same configuration because their bookings are based on Economy/Business/First/Suite...so i'm assuming that they're gonna keep this seating config.
For this 380 anyways..until they have enough to experiment with other things in the cabin.
