can you please back it with some reference??? cuz i have read that people with higher IQ in fact uses 5% of their brain so normal people actually use 1-2%.
another thing, human brain can only funtion for 20 min at a specific topic after that it will divert to something else. i personally can concentrate hardly 10 min on anything after that my mind flourishes with some random thoughts or blackouts.
