Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Why? Are you jealous?:) Yes this is traditional ajarak. Google the history of ajrak you will find your answer.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Lol at someone's house. Bilawal could be seen there as well...

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Chances of IK were more than Bilawal as IK was international PB according to Times Magazine.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Present Pakistan including East Punjab and few parts of present Afghanistan all are the area of Indus valley civilisation . Mehr Garh is more than 6000 BC and some in Thar some 10,000 year old are found , Pakistan (Sindh) and Hind (Present India) are two different countries and civilisations .

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Looks like some other celebration/event somewhere else in the world. Sindh Festival even background is different from this:

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

These are mere assertions without historical facts. Half of Pakistan is Balochistan and KP, and calling them “Sindh” is laughable, to say the least. But you can call Punjab as Sindh. No problem.

Indus Valley ruins are not just found in present day Pakistan and Afghanistan but also in Indian Punjab, Indian Gujrat, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajesthan.

Remnants of Indus Valley culture and religion exists in present day Hindu religion and culture as well.

So calling Indus Valley civilization a la ‘Pakistani’ civilization is a lie and a distortion of the fact.

‘pehla pakistani muhammad bin qasim’. Right?

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Jealous of what? :)
I am only showing the true history which shatters lofty imaginations of some midgets.

IVC is more than just a "PPP Larkana Sindhi topi aen ajrak" civilization. All regions of present day Pakistan and Western Indian, including Punjab, Sindh, Gujarat, Rajesthan, and Hindi/Urdu-speaking belt originated from Indus Valley Civilization. Not just their culture but also their language.

Just asking someone to "google" is not enough of the reply. What exactly are you referring to?
Ajrak may or may not have come from Indus Valley Civilization. It could have come from IVC because Sindh is part of that civilization. But the print of the priest-king clothing may be just a resemblance with present day ajrak. The print is not exactly that of ajrak, it 'resembles' ajrak print.

So it depends on what one wants to believe.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Hindus arrived in the subcontinent as white Aryans. They were kin to Iranian tribes. This is why there are similarities between names of ancient Iranian gods and Hindu gods, similarities between ancient Iranian Pehlvi language and Sanskrit etc.
These white Aryans found black IVC people when they arrived in the subcontinent. As time passed, the two groups mixed together. This gave rise to present day populations of Eastern Pakistan and Northwestern India. People here are brown with varying degrees of shades. This means that they are the product of two different people, white Aryans and black IVC people.

But the dominant group among the two people was that of Aryans. They remained attested to their original Iranian/Aryan norms, culture and religion … but due to mixing with IVC people, they also had heavy influence from IVC civilization.

Present Hinduism is based on ancient Aryan religion but has accepted many influences from IVC religion and culture as well. For example, these Aryan/IVC mixed people gave up speaking Sanskrit and starting speaking local vernaculars (proto-Sindhi, proto-Punajbi, pro-Gujrati, proto-Urdu).
Another exmaple. Yoga is part of Hindu culture. Concept of yoga is not found in any Aryan culture but one seal from Moenjodaro depicts a person doing yoga.

http://www.harappa.com/indus/33.html

This yogi also has three faces. This concept is similar to present Hinduism concept of Trimurti.

The point I am making is that IVC culture was not associated to present-day Sindh or Sindh/Punjab. There is a much larger area in Eastern Pakistan and Northwestern India which originated from that civilization.

Calling KP & Baluchistan , Sindh looks you wrong but it is the Indus river other rivers which later join Indus are the reason Whole KP is situated at Indus borders , Kashmeer too .
Baluchistan is linked with Multan and South Punab for trade and fulfilling food requirement . You are right about Gurat and even Rajputana were linked with Sindh , I already quoted East Punjab as ‘Sindh’ . You didn’t read . But the most area of Indus valley Civilisation is now called Pakistan . Why you are so angry with Sindh and Pakistan ?

What you believe I give a rats arse. For me that is Ajrak. If you don't believe the reality I don't care. jab Sindh aor Sindhun ke bare main likha karo to yeh ghaliz tausbi ziban ke istemaal se perhaiz kya karo, because it only reflects your origin.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

You didn't get it. Did you? His all views are based on ethnicity and racism.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

There was no Sindh per say at that time. So talking about 'linking with Sindh' is not true. That civilization went far beyond the present borders of the new province of 'Sindh'. You know that. So you should admit that this civilization was not confined to present day Sindh only. But instead of doing that the solution you have come up with is to say that everywhere else was 'linked with Sindh'. Naughty but nice.

If you read my last post you will see that remnants of this civilization are found all across Northwestern Indian culture. It again proves that this civilization is shared by Eastern Pakistan and Northwestern India together. To confine it to 'Larkana, ajrak, and topi' is gross injustice to those other areas, and a historical lie.

One more thing we should understand is that people living in Larkana today are not the same as those living 5000 years ago. Those people are spread in much larger area, and they were the people who mixed with Aryans to give rise to Hinduism (and later Buddhism).

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

I don't know if you or Anwer Pasha get it but I know that when a loser loses an argument then he gets personal.

But I would say one thing. It is funny to see a sachaydino talking about racism when he was the one supporting a 'paani se chalne wali gaarri' only due to racism. Sadly, people even make scientific reasoning based on bigoted racism! Even more funny, when I showed why this is impossible then this sachaydino told me that some other people working with that charlatan are 'Urdu-speaking', as if their being Urdu-speaking will make the car really run on 'paani'.
lol.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

What do you know about my origin, sachaydino?

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Read your bold red line, how much hatred and racism is filled in your brain. Get rid of it. I don't care what other things you write.

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

What has superman to do with Sindhi culture anyways?

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

Share "S"?

Re: Sindh Festival in Moenjodaro

The company who owns Superman can sue Sindh government for using its symbol.
