Jinnahpur was military and Nawaz Sharif plan against MQM to launch operation. IB itself accepted that there was no such conspiracy of Jinnahpur.

What is your take on local government?
Why should not Sindh divide on manageable units?

Anybody who lived in Karachi at that time knows MQM terrorists were openly talking about Jinnaphur, and breaking from Pakistan.
