Man la yaduruhu al faqih - Muhammad ibn Babawayh al Qummi, 10th century (also known as Abu Ja’far)

Various commentaries by Nasir al-Din al-Tusi - Early 13th Century

I think the author confused Mohammad Hassan Tusi (10th century) there with Nasir Tusi (13th century) as the former compiled important works on fiqh whereas the later was a religious scholar as well as a remarkable scientist.
