I’m in Dubai too! I’m adding the recipe for “Dhuwan Chicken” it turned out really good..(or so my family says, too bad im a vegetarian!)

1 chicken
1 tsp zeera pwd
1 tsp dhania pwd
1 tsp red chilli pwd
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt.
ginger/garlic paste

U cook all the above in a pot till the chicken is done..ud be left with little gravy though.

2 cups yoghurt, beat this really well with salt and zeera pwd and finely chopped mint and coriander.. now layer u’re meat with the yoghurt along with 2 tablespoons of ghee.

Cover and cook on “dum” for 10 mins… and give “dhungaar” (place a piece of coal on foil and drizzle with oil)

Wow thanks Gina , this surely sounds interesting .. I noticed there isnt any onion or tomato used in the chicken , so it surely is different .. I am gonna try it soon and let you know of the outcome …
