There is no surprise when i say pakistani rishta scene is screwed!! and when i say pakistani i mean pakistani peoples worldwide -
there are sooo many problems.. some of the ones that i have seen other people going through are here…
Guys abroad, wanting marry paksitani girls and not girls from their own country of residence such as uk or usa etc! I mean you have sisters right so why the discrimination?
Girls importing guys from pakistan - The guys obviously only wanting to go there for nationality sake - and when tthats done girls get beaten up and it all ends either in divorce or an unhappy marriage
Girl’s parents giving houses in jahaiz, or worse money! Leading guys to want more - and that they do! forcing girls to ask for money from their parents and leading to divorce …
Girls treating guys like servants esp. if they have been imported from pakistan…
Aunties scanning girls from head to toe, having a rishta spree , seeing SOOO many rishtas only to settle for what they have wanted in the start…
AND THE BIGGEST ISSUE OF ALL!
NO MATTER HOW UGLY THE GUY IS THE GIRL HAS TO BE PRETTY, SLIM, SMART, NAIIK AND RICH!
I don’t mean to hurt any ones feelings here - but just wanted share with fellow guppies the frustrations of being a single paki girl - I havent faced all of these as yet but my friends, cousins have been through worse…
Please feel free to let out any thing u want ! and suggest solutions if at all possible…

A lot of the guys I know want a girl from Pakistan so they can "mold" her into how they want the girl to be.

hihi the girl from pakistan me and my fiance had a lot of arguments about that (before the engaging) these boys think that the girl in Pakistan is the best wife, she can take care of the family, cook good food and what the most important thing is ( in my opinion) these guys think that the girls from pakistan will never ask anything to the boys...as where they bin what the were doing etc
But u hypocritcal girl do also ava part toplay in this.
So many times i see girls slagging guys off as 'butters', fat black, nasty whatver.
But most of the time your own husbnds or bf.s that u love so much turn out to b like that?
And im talkin abut western desi girls too, who have no force to accept anyone.

Well take it from an FOB, check from west are half way caught between being paki and being goris. If ppl have choice they dont want to put up with that. Period.
I wish MORE of pakistani girls took independance in choosing your life-partners.

That typical mentality really irks me. The whole, Pakistani born and bred girls are more homely, ‘pure’ and respectful than their Western born and bred counterparts
True, LOL. There are exceptions to the generalizations. I’ve noticed chalak/clever/cunning behavior from some girls born and raised in Pakistan. I feel I’m more straight-forward compared to some of them. At the same time, i know not all of them are like that.
There are exceptions to every generalisation/rule, if only people would wake up and smell the coffee (lassi/nimb pani or whatever floats your boat). Just wish more people would realise how wrong these generalisations are.
I know, lol. I grew up in midddle-east where I attended an American school. And it was so funny to hear desi parents exclaim that the kids who went to the Pakistani school ten minutes from where I lived were much better (obedient, polite, innocent).
Ironically…we’d hear many stories about the cunning behavior and trouble that our Pakistani School attending counterparts would get into. LOL.
My cousins back in Pakistan could give me a run for my money when it comes to chalaak-ness and trouble causing. I couldn’t even say half the things they say to other people. The mind boggles.
I know plenty of British born and bred girls who hold high values and have good morals, yet are overlooked for the more ‘safer’ option of Pakistani imported brides.
i think another reason people go for pak-borns is cos theyr more controllable and subservient.
especially for men who have had thier 'fun' here, and now just listen to thier prnts choice and settle down with a paki-wife who wil obidiently do her cooking and making children job.

That happens way too often and is absolutely disgusting. On top of that, now a days uncles also interrogate the girl on where she works, the type of work she does...to get an idea of her salary. They want a DIL who will help pay the mortgage. Freakin dumb-asses. You should be looking for a girl who'll be a good role model for your future generations. You can live in a smaller house and be happy!

The first part which I have highlighted is another thing which annoys me. Hypocritical people. They want their cake and eat it. Same applies to women and men these days,
Girls from here, are not all like that. If you want someone who does not talk back/back chat, you are better off with a dummy. On a serious note, you get bad and good in any given environment. Just make sure you find someone who you get on well with. Everything else is all relative.

WELL ACTUALLY i disagree with some,,,,i know guys who are from pak, and not all are interested in the brit/usa passports, honestly...
but generally this is true, itsm soo bloody annoying but girls in pak are generally more obedient and hold an allegience to their hubbies, its quite pathetic really...
