Re: Sialkot killings of two brothers (Discretion Advised)

This is the art.
They kill and turns all toward the family because they have media under their control.

Re: Sialkot killings of two brothers (Discretion Advised)

You probably don't know anything about mob mentality.

SIALKOT: Hafiz Muhammad Imran, a private TV channel reporter who captured the footage of lynching of two brothers on Aug 15, was brutally tortured and injured by some unidentified motorcyclists outside his residence in Ghauspura-Hajipura locality here on Sunday morning.

The attackers fractured both arms and shoulders of Imran before being thrashed him soundly. They escaped when people gathered there. The injured reporter was rushed to the DHQ Hospital.

He said the accused had been threatening him for capturing the footage of the lynching episode.

He said he had also submitted his written applications to Gujranwala Regional Police Officer Tariq Yaseen and Sialkot DPO Bilal Siddique Kamiyana for the provision of security a few days back.

Has the funeral taken place for the two brothers?

Re: Sialkot killings of two brothers (Discretion Advised)

Probably...

Re: Sialkot killings of two brothers (Discretion Advised)

This incident is no doubt horrible and inconceivable. All of us are petrified by the barbarity of this crime. But let me remind you that this is not the first incident of its kind in Pakistan. It is unique since the horrors of animalistic behaviours were unleashed before our eyes through the videos. I can recall at least two incidents of this sort :

1) In 90s (don't know exact time and place ), a hafiz-e-quran was stoned and bricked to death on account of charges of desecration of Quranic text. I still remember an article written in the daily urdu newspaper. It said the victim kept on reciting quranic verses while all this was happening. Allegedly, police intervened somewhat and took the victim to the nearby police station but couldn't stand before the mob and the mob again took control of the ill-fated guy to obvious end.

2) The Shab Qadar incident was a public stoning of two Ahmadis in the town of Shab Qadar, in the shabqadar NWFP in April 1995. Dr. Rashid Ahmad and his son-in law, Riaz Ahmad Khan, were attacked as they were about to attend a court hearing in Shab Qadar. As they entered the court premises, a violent mob incited by local clerics attacked the men with sticks and stones. Riaz Khan was stoned and his dead body stripped and dragged through the town on a rope. Dr. Rashid Ahmad was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. A third Ahmadi, advocate Bashir Ahmad, escaped unhurt. This murder took place in front of the police. Riaz Khan even asked a police officer for help, but instead of helping, the officer pushed him away. According to Amnesty International, the police "stood and watched", and "later pleaded that it could not have intervened in a situation like that". No one was detained or criminally charged for the killing.

I seriously hope that this incident would act as a landmark of justice for such coward culprits who have no respect and value for life or honour of fellow beings.
