Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has slammed DPO Sialkot over torture and killings of the brothers and has summoned Secretary Establishment for action against the police. He said that brutal killings in presence of police is the height of lawlessness.
The Supreme Court has ordered the establishment division to suspend DPO Sialkot for failing to stop the merciless lynching of two teenage brothers in Sialkot.
Deputy commissioner Sialkot says that the charged mob killed the two brothers for injuring four people in a dispute during a cricket match.
The uncle of the two teenagers has said that his nephews were tortured for two hours. He said the police has admitted that his sons were lynched due to an enmity. He was talking to the media outside the Supreme Court building.
The court appointed former Judge Lahore High Court Kazim Malik as the inquiry officer. He will submit his report within seven days.
The Lahore High Court also conducted a suo moto notice hearing of the case and rejected the report of the police. But the court postponed further proceedings till the third of September because of the apex court’s suo moto notice of the same incident.
What is going on with people? Where have moral values disappeared to? People around were watching, some were making videos while the two brothers were being beaten, when they were being dragged and then when they were hanged upside down. I am really shocked and ashamed to see all this. On top of this bloody police was among the ‘tamashaai’. No body had courage to stop the devil act of brutal murder.

To think that both boys were mere teenagers (17 and 15 years old), one of them was a Hafiz and had led the Taravih prayers the previous night. From what others have said about them, these kids were extremely nice, well-behaved kids, good students (always stood 1st and 2nd in their classes), and belonged to a pious family.
And all of this happened during the holy month of Ramadhan. Could the killers have been actually fasting? Did they not for one moment think about their brutal act and the sanctity of Ramadhan? They were not satisfied by just beating them to death, they had the gall to hang the dead bodies and beat them some more! What kind of animals were these people?
Not only the killers, but the bystanders who stood by and let this happen need to be punished to the maximum extent of the law. My heart goes out to the parents who had to bear this.

I saw this video a few days back and I still can't stop thinking about it. I don't know if i have ever seen anything this disturbing. what pain for boys family. the older kid even asked those barbarians to shoot him instead. i really hope for justice in this case

They don't even know what a developed country and a peaceful life looks like.

Look at another point. Many here knew I lost a son more than three years ago. (Kidnapped for ransom and killed). My family never allowed me to see the footage of recovery of his body. Even I am not able to see any of his video still. What will be happening to the father and mother if they look this footage that how their sons are being killed. I can feel.

its sooooo sad and sick ! how can a human being do this? HOW? they made a 8 year old kid beat em as well? why? Allah maafi dai. they hung teir dead bodies upside down in the middle of the road ya Allah astagfurulah. :‘( i have no hope for this pakistani qaum. they brought all this upon themselves. when i looked at this i said to myself that all these floods and natural disasters are what they deserve!!! Allah ka azaab is qaum per hai. bunch of animals! i wish i could give em a 100 times worse death and hang their bodies just like that except naked!!! they deserve this! :’(

In one of the videos, after parading the dead bodies around town in the back of a tractor trailer, the killers are still cursing the dead and have the audacity to declare that they'll send this video footage to Geo TV for all to see! What a bunch of savage animals.
At least, being Muslims, give respect to the dead body. Or at least care for the sanctity of Ramadhan. Have they no fear of Allah?

and they also managed to throw them on the ground from the trailer instead of like normal human beings pick them up and take them down.

what astonishes me is the fact that no one, not even once dared to stop it or verify the idiotic blames made by that coward and charged at the poor souls.
may Allah(azza wajal) have mercy on the brothers' souls and bless them with jannah. Ameen
