More often…the places and things are named after who have done some good things for the mankind or nation…
When Kaddafi is going from good…to bad and worse…then the name of the stadium should be changed…

even though he is from Khi..... we can make the argument that LAhore has stadium after Afridi's name and KHI has Afridi himself ;)
