They won’t participate anyway as they will be playing in west Indies. The way IPL treated them in the last two years they shouldn’t.

How about Pakistan starting the PPL and invite Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan in fact All the Big Teams Players and “Refuse” to allow Indian Players?
