Should Mush be court martialed or jailed? (Threads Merged)

Re: Should Mush be court martial or jailed?

This bloodless restoration has been practiced for quiet some time. Everytime a millitary dictator walks away without being questioned for the filth he has spread during the illegal take over.

I think atleast once a dictator must be prosecuted and punished. Make ammendments in the constitution to prevent millitary coup, no matter what. A check and balance model should be implemented where president, parliment and judiciary must keep a check on each other. Ofcourse parasites like Zardari, NS and others will not be able to survive in a transparent environment. So be it.

This system and its players (establishment, military and their by-products politicians) have caused so much damage and shed blood, that atleast once we will have to wake up for a revolution to shut the f**k up forever. Let it happen, start with what we have, judiciary and media and let see how new parliment works with accountablity sword on their heads.

Re: Should Mush be court martial or jailed?

Problem is that nobody wants to tie this bell. They love cat, as she is the real God father of all mice. It will take strong institutions and honest people to narrow the circle against corrupt politicians and their suger daddy. A civil revolution.

Re: Should Mush be court martial or jailed?

That is the only solution.
He should be tried and of treason .
Then his family wealth should be stripped and the corruption of the last 8 years should be investigated to ensure everything is cleaned up.... then we can move forward.

Re: Gen. Mushraf must be tried

Gupshup ki tarikh ka ek 8 saal purana panna. How some one was absolutely right at that time. kaash Mush ne is se sabaq lya hota.

This should be applicable not to Musharraf only, rather everyone (all politicians as well as "generals" who enjoyed the military rules).
