should i say sorry first?

this is what i said to him:
I just wanted to say sorry, because I won’t be happy unless if I say sorry to you. Yes, I know I did get mad at you for absolutely no reason. I know that, and I am not going to act like you made me mad, because you didn’t, I admit that. I guess I would of said sorry, but you said you don’t care, which alone said a lot. Obviously you don’t care if I say sorry or not either, but I do care if I say sorry or not to you. You also said, you’ll see how long I keep acting this way with you, have fun. You indirectly just told me I “need” you or something along those lines, no I don’t need you, and I NEVER did need you. I also don’t want to end our friendship on a bad note, and I won’t…I’m sorry… Bye(:

and he’s like

umm ok, i dont understand y u had to delete me tho… and im not sure what ur trying to say, could u be a little more frank and brief please?
