Now when I read the first post again these are my thoughts.
If she had fling with this other guy , one day before the wedding , this girl wanted to punish someone , herself , her husband , her own family for arranging this wedding.
She seems to still have the longing with this guy and wants to ruin this marriage. Otherwise if she slept with this other guy one day before her wedding then how can she be sure that this baby does not belong to her husband. Is her husband impotent ?
As far as I know only DNA testing can be a definitive proof before the baby is born , once the baby is born there can be other signs like someone said above , blue eyes , blond hair , black skin etc.
So looks like more is going on in this situation then meets the eye.
