I've been thinking of getting a pixie cut just because I'm bored with long hair right now.
What do you girls think - is it in fashion? Should I do it? At least it's not permanent if I don't like it......

Ooooo i love the pixie look...i think you should go for it! It's always good to try something new.
I especially love rihanna's look. I'm thinking of getting my hair cut short too but there are soo many styles out there.

Yeah I know what you mean Leha. It takes ages to grow it long again and yes you should be comfortable about cutting it short and not regretting afterwards.
It's a big decision!

You have follow the fashion trends for hair too? That is the most stupid thing i have ever heard! You should have a hair cut which suits your face.
But anyway, i had short hair for a while and its was really cute, but i LOVE long hair so now i'm always gonna stick with long hair :)

once i had shoulder cut but then it was really hard to get long hair again. (i dont have really long hair but i wish to have healthy long hair).

I once had my hair cut into a really really short bob to my ears (like Victoria Beckhams but shorter and blonder) with it shaved at the back of my neck, my Mum went mad lol, when I got bored of it it was pretty easy to grow out tho, took just over a year to get to shoulder level but then nowadays u can have extensions to deal with the hassle if u get bored of waiting for it to grow bk :)

If you really want short hair, go to a good salon and they will help you in choosing a cut that is right for your lifestyle, faceshape etc…
Towards the final years of my Military career, i couldn’t be bothered with my long hair…it just got in the way so i had it all chopped off…not all shaved like GI Jane 
…it was very short but longer at the top so i could sweep it across the front…, i could do wild hairstyles like mohicans and still style it so it looked feminine… it felt very liberating believe it or not… moving away from the stereotype that femininity = longish hair…

I think short hair cuts are really cute and go well with many girls. Unfortunately, I cringe at just the thought of trimming my hair so short hair is out of the question for me!

Short (boy cutt/ pixie-style) hair cuts REALLY suited me as a teenager. Thought to replicate the same look........and it was a mistake. Now I'm so glad that my hair has grown out to shoulder length. LOL.

HEY GUYS. well I had really long hair, and triedjust about anything to give them style but its always been a hassle to style them and take good care of them. so I told my mom I want a bob cut. the look she gave me the biggest chills but the excitement to get it :D although I had many doubts and fears that it wouldn't suit me since I have a long face and stuff but I went for it. my hairstylist is a desi and she was scared and shocked at my choice from such long hair to bob cut jus like number 2 in the pic above. but ladies it looks SUPERBB! it makes my neck look long, and somehow my face feature are more prominent and I feel confient. lol and the shampoo bottle lastssss way longer. they are growing and are below my ear so I got more layers and added bangs and now its a total dif and cute funky style. said enough but really it totally suits desi's better then anyone else. its super stylish for the summer. :) try it!
