Ok. Let’s do this. Negotiations can happen with anyone who gives up the weapons and agrees to accept Pakistan government’s writ.
But anyone who calls democracy kufr, those who don’t agree with their khariji cult a kafir worthy of being killed, those who use Pakistan as a training ground to conduct terrorism in and outside Pakistan; well, they are incorrigible. Negotiations are not possible with them. Only capitulation is possible.
Because these maniacs are willing to give up their lives if they could kill a few people their khariji cult hates. One example is the recent attack on hazara girls recently. You can’t negotiate with these kharijis.
