I agree that pakistani talent needs more exposure. By going to bolly and doing silly roles isnt the way to do it.
As for umaima, i do find her wooden but im sure that over the years she has ability to improve. Kareena & co all started off acting terribly in bolly, it just so happens that they are the fortunate offspring of famous actors who were given chances to improve over the years.
This is where shoaib mansoor comes in...he's giving the likes of umaima a chance. He did wonders with Iman Ali who was recently complemented by the legendary Sabiha Khanum on the sets of an upcoming serial in which she co-stars with Iman.
