please tell me some names and since you are questioning their loyality towards pakistan give me some evidence as well. And please don’t give me that old statement he gave back in 2003 becasue it doesn’t prove his disloyaylity. He was appreciating aussie bowling attack and yes the way he was doing it was not appropriate. He has played cricket after that statement as well and you people have appreciated him as well and then all of a sudden people have this problem against him regarding his fitness ooops I mean regarding his attitude or is it something else. I am sorry I forgot you peopl can’t make up your mind what is your problem with shoaib. Well I will tell you what the problem is. He is not in the side right now. And when a player is not in the side in pakistan, he is also not in the good books of the cricket fans. They will come up with every negative comment they can think of during that period. Becasue thats the only time they can do that. As soon as that player will come back in the side they will start clapping for him and will find a new scapegoat.
Bigri qaum kay bigray log - aik bigra taiz baall phainkta hai,,doseray bigray usko ahista ahista maartay hain - shots :D
a1kashur ,, I know your are way ahead of your time. But can you please play a new 'track' just for a change. You know ? ,,, so that no body brands you as 'huck laa' :D
I think you need to go and read some of the comments of guppies. Shoaib brings it upon himself. There is no dispute that he is one of the best bowler we got right now, but he has an attiutde, and ego problem and till he can sort that out he is quite rightly cirticised by Pakistan cricket fans. I have said this before and will say it again “He is because of the Pakistani team and not the other way aorund”. The sooner he realises this the better it will be for him and the team. If not, than he can stay out of the team. Yes we are robbed of our best bowler but he also has to show commitment and not breakdown in every match and than end up either in discos or jet skiing. His attitude and commitment stink and brilliant though he might be, Pakistan at the moment are much better off without him.
ehasn bhai, too much water has passed under that attitude bridge.
It’s the new junk we have to sort out and avoid from piling up.
After winning few matches in Australia and India we are already acting up like there’s no tomorrow.
The writing on the wall suggests that we rise up to the occasion and look the horizon not the silhouette of evening shadows.
To show is commitment he has to be in the side. There is no way he can do that from outside. When the guy is saying that he is fit and PCB didn’t bother to take his fitness test and then inzi stating that it is his discipline which is the primary problem then what is all this telling you. But I am glad you said that he is one of the best bowler we have right now. There are some peopl who thinks that he is not among the best and is not needed specially after our bowlers have performed in the tour of india. And that was my point that since he is not in the side therefore every negative comment is bombarded at him. I promise that I am going to paste all these negative comments on this forum once shoaib is back in the side and will kick some enlgish asses because at that time they will be praising shoiab akhtar which is a very normal behavior of the cricketing fans in Pakistan. One day you worship some one and the next day you burn his effigy.
yaar, you are not old enough on this forum, if you’d like to scrape thru past comments (well before India’s Pakistan tour) people here questioned his committment and attitude, this is not ALL OF A SUDDEN. This is the first time he is dropped for his attitude I agree, about time. And you people keep questioning that how can you prove that he has not changed when he is not in the team… what if he was already given chances before and he didn’t change thats why Inzi/Bob/PCB decided to show him the door?
Yes i am not old enough on this forum and still i know that people can’t make up their mind. Their views swing like pendulum. One day they will say that shoiab is not fit so should not be included in the side but if he is fit then he should be. Other day when they get to know that shoiab is fit then they will coime up with his another excuse that he needs to correct his attitude. And when the next time shoiab will perform they are going to forget everything.
Nahi Yaar, Iman se, kiya baat ker rahe hou, nahi yaar, yeh hou hi nahi sakta, nahi yaar, Ok wait lemme check with Raindance Bhai or Game Bhai, but nahi yaar, yeh hou hi nahi sakta.
kya nahin hosaktaa bhai, Yehee na kay logo kay views swing na karein aur yehee na kay wo sub kuch yaad rakhein. Exactly my point
Waisay tu pakistan mein bhut kuch nahin ho saktaa jaisay kay india kee kutt maray itnaa arsa ho gya hay likin hum bholtay hee nahin, waisay us baat ko tu bhoolna bhee nahin chahiey:D
As much as i was looking for him to be in the squad for the WI-Tour but just take a look back at the 2002/2003 Series in Zimbabwe … i think the it was 1st or 2nd Test … it’ll atleast fulfill the AA, BB, CC part of ur question … about the rest Saby already wrote … i think it’s now useless talking about in different colours again and again … he is not in the Squad for the WI tour … so wait till we play ENG at home and see what happens
LMAO @ St Shoaib:D , Smooth_Bhai, do you really want Rainy Bhai to kill himself, Buri baat, Buri Baat, you bad man bad man:nono: :nono: :nono: ala Sienfeld:p
Bob Woolmer confirmed that Shoaib Akhtar was left out of the squad purely on fitness grounds and urged him to regain his full fitness by playing first-class cricket. Shoaib had said he was confused about the reasons for his exclusion from the squad chosen for the West Indian tour and had demanded an explanation from the selectors regarding the same.
“There is no personal agenda involved here,” Woolmer was quoted as saying in The News, a Pakistan based daily. “All that is required is that he confirms his match fitness by getting back to bowling 20 to 25 overs in an innings of a first-class game and satisfies the selectors and we will be happy to have him back in the side.”
Woolmer insisted that there was no contradiction with regard to the reasons for leaving Shoaib out of the squad. “The selectors and board has made it very clear that they feel he is not match fit,” he said, “and that they want him to regain full match fitness and he would be considered for selection again.”
He added that Shoaib was a matchwinning bowler but said, “The selectors first have to be satisfied with the fitness of a player.”
Inzamam-ul-Haq, who kicked up a minor storm last week by saying that Shoaib was left out on disciplinary grounds, also spoke about Shoaib’s omission and made it clear that he had nothing personal against him. “I think he should simply concentrate on regaining his match fitness and satisfying the selectors that he is fit,” said Inzamam. “There is a lot of cricket coming up in the next few months including the home series against England and India.”
